1. Introduction

Capy Universe Game ("Game"), hosted on token.cia.com.
By accessing and participating in this Game, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"),
which govern your use of the Game and related services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate.

2. Contest Overview

The Capy Universe Game is a skill-based competition where users generate and submit virtual outfits via token.cia.com and post their submissions on X.com (formerly known as Twitter) using the required hashtags. Winners are selected based on eligibility criteria and verification processes.

3. Contest Duration & Deadlines

Start Date: February 20, 2025
End Date: February 20, 2026
Winner Announcement: Within 3 days after verification. Winners can check their status on the CIA.com website.

4. Eligibility Criteria

Open Worldwide: Yes
Restricted Countries: The following countries and regions are blacklisted and ineligible to participate due to international sanctions, regulatory restrictions, or financial compliance laws:

- North Korea
- Iran
- Syria
- Cuba
- Venezuela
- Russia (including Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine)
- Afghanistan
- Sudan
- Belarus
- Myanmar (Burma)

This list is subject to updates. If a participant from a blacklisted country is found to have entered the contest, their participation will be deemed invalid, and any winnings will be forfeited and reassigned to the next eligible participant.

Minimum Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years or older.
KYC Verification Required: Participants must complete KYC verification before claiming prizes.

5. X.com (formerly known as Twitter) Submission Rules

- Participants must submit their generated outfits on X.com (formerly known as Twitter).
- Each submission must include the required hashtags: #ciatoken #capyuniverse.
- Participants must follow @ciatoken on X.com (formerly known as Twitter).
- Users may submit one entry per day. Multiple submissions in a day will result in only the first entry being counted.
- Participants may edit or delete their entries after submission.

6. Prize Distribution & Tokenomics

Prizes will be distributed in CIA Tokens as follows:

- 1st Place: $1,000,000 in CIA Tokens (1 winner)
- 2nd Place: $100,000 in CIA Tokens (3 winners)
- 3rd Place: $10,000 in CIA Tokens (5 winners)
- 4th Place: $100 in CIA Tokens (100 winners)
- 5th Place: $10 in CIA Tokens (500 winners)

Payout Timing & Vesting:
- $100 and $10 prizes → Paid within 3 days after winner verification.
- $1,000,000 and $100,000 prizes → 3-year vesting with a 3-month cliff (10% unlocked after 3 months, then 5% every 3 months).
- Token payout value will be equivalent to $1 million USD at the time of payout but will not exceed $1 million USD in total.

Gas Fees & Taxes:
- Gas Fees: No gas fees for winners, as tokens are pushed. However, CIA.com reserves the right to adjust policies.
- Taxes: Winners are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.

7. Disqualification, Fair Play & User Conduct

- Fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
- CIA.com will manually verify submissions and may use AI-based detection to prevent bot submissions.
- Automated Filtering Measures: Account age & activity checks on X.com, CAPTCHA or wallet-based reputation scoring.
- If a winner is found to have violated the rules, their prize will be reassigned to the next eligible participant.
- User Conduct: Users engaging in harassment, threats, abuse, or any form of manipulation within the contest community (including social media)
may be disqualified and banned from future CIA.com events.

8. Appeals Process

- Users can appeal disqualifications within 7 days via a ticketing system or email.
- Appeals will be reviewed within 10 business days.
- Final decisions are binding and at CIA.com’s sole discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

- CIA.com does not guarantee the value or stability of CIA Tokens.
- CIA.com is not responsible for errors, server outages, or third-party platform failures (e.g., X.com bans or account restrictions).
- Users agree to indemnify CIA.com against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the Game.

10. Force Majeure Clause

CIA.com shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, cyberattacks, regulatory changes, server failures, third-party platform restrictions (e.g., X.com account suspensions), or any other force majeure event that prevents timely execution of obligations.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in CIA.com’s chosen jurisdiction.

12. Right to Modify Terms

CIA.com reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel this contest, its terms, eligibility criteria, or payout structure at any time due to legal, security, or operational reasons. Any changes will be communicated via the CIA.com website.
